Exotix - Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to bookings and purchases made directly with Exotix via our website, phone, or official partners. It governs refunds for cancellations, failed payments, unused services, and disputes.

2. Booking Deposits & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once Exotix receives the required deposit or payment in full and a confirmation email is sent. Some vehicles and services require a security deposit or hold at pick-up (authorised hold on card).

3. Cancellation by Customer (Refund rules)

No refund: The advance collected will be Non-refundable in case of Cancellations.

4. Cancellation by Exotix

If Exotix must cancel your confirmed reservation (vehicle unavailability, force majeure, or operational reasons), we will: (a) offer an immediate full refund OR (b) offer an equivalent vehicle or upgrade, or (c) provide a credit for future use. Exotix will notify you and process an applicable refund within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Early Return & Extensions

● Early return: If you return the vehicle early, no amount will be refundable for unused time.  
● Extensions: To extend your rental, contact Exotix before your scheduled end time. If approved, additional charges apply at the current rate for the extension period. Failure to notify Exotix may be treated as unauthorized use and may void refunds and attract penalties.

6. Damage, Fuel & Deposit Deductions

Refunds are subject to inspection deductions: damage fees, cleaning fees, missing fuel charges, traffic fines/tolls, or other damages will be charged and deducted from your deposit (if any) or final refund amount. A damage report and invoice will be provided.

7. Payment Method & Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank/processing times may vary. Any foreign-exchange conversion fees are handled per your card or bank issuer’s policy.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask customers to contact Exotix first for any dispute. Chargebacks should be used only as a last resort; Exotix will contest unauthorized chargebacks with evidence where applicable.
