How can I book a car?
You can book your vehicle directly via WhatsApp or by calling our reservations team. To guarantee the availability of your preferred vehicle, we recommend booking in advance.
Can I add an additional driver?
Only drivers officially registered on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. Additional drivers can be authorized at the time of booking, provided they meet all eligibility and documentation requirements.
What documents are required to rent a car in Dubai?
UAE Residents: A valid Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving license are required.
Tourists: You must provide a copy of your passport, your home country's driving license, and an International Driving Permit (IDP).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.
Is an advance payment required?
Yes, a pre-payment is required to confirm your booking and reserve your vehicle.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, insurance is included in the rental price.
What should I do in the event of an accident?
In case of an accident, you must report it to the police immediately through the Dubai police app or call them on 999 in case of a major accident to obtain an official report. The insurance will cover damages as per UAE law, subject to any applicable deductibles.
Do you offer vehicle delivery?
Yes, we provide complimentary delivery and pickup within Dubai. Service to other Emirates is available for an additional fee.
Can I collect the car from the airport?
Yes, we offer convenient vehicle delivery and pickup at Dubai International Airport.
What is the vehicle delivery timeframe?
Depending on availability, vehicles can be delivered within 30-90 minutes of booking confirmation. For scheduled reservations, delivery is arranged at your specified time and location.
Who is responsible for parking fees?
The renter is responsible for all parking fees incurred during the rental period. All charges for public parking or valet services must be settled directly by the client.
What is the daily mileage limit?
The daily mileage allowance is 250 km. Additional kilometers are charged at AED 15 per km.
Am I allowed to drive outside of Dubai?
Yes, you may drive anywhere within the UAE. However, taking the vehicle outside the country is strictly prohibited. Please inform us in advance if you plan to travel to another Emirate.
Is driving under the influence of alcohol permitted?
No. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited by UAE law. This violation will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, full liability for all damages, and police involvement.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, however, advance notification is required for all cancellations.
Are refunds offered for early returns?
Early returns are non-refundable as per our company's rental terms.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. A replacement vehicle will be promptly arranged if required.
Do you provide accessories like child seats?
Yes, child seats and other extras are available upon request.
What is the policy on traffic fines or Salik (toll) charges?
You must inform us immediately of any fines or charges. All fines and toll fees will be applied directly to your account.
Do you provide a chauffeur service?
Yes, we can arrange a professional chauffeur service through a trusted third-party partner upon request.
Are there restrictions on off-road driving?
Yes. Driving off-road is prohibited unless you have specifically rented a designated off-road vehicle. Doing so may void your insurance coverage and incur additional charges.

The minimum age to rent a car at Exotix is 21. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and responsible rental experience for all our clients.
What is Dubai’s policy on drinking and driving?
Dubai and the UAE have a zero-tolerance policy for drinking and driving. It is strictly against the law to have any alcohol in your system while operating a vehicle.
