01 Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Where anything in your signed rental agreement differs from these terms, the rental agreement for that specific booking takes precedence.

02 Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• The minimum age to rent is generally 21 years; premium, sports, and exotic vehicles may require the driver to be 25 years or older.
• UAE residents must provide a valid UAE driving licence, Emirates ID, and passport copy.
• Tourists and visitors must provide a valid passport, visa, and an International Driving Permit alongside their original home-country licence.
• Only drivers named and approved in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Allowing any unauthorised person to drive is a breach of these terms.

03 Booking & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it and received the required payment and/or deposit. Vehicle availability is subject to change, and while we make every effort to provide the exact model requested, we reserve the right to offer a similar alternative vehicle of equivalent standard where necessary.

04 Rates, Payment & Security Deposit

• Rental rates are quoted per day, week, or month and are based on the agreed rental period and vehicle category.
• We accept card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency, as agreed at the time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit is required before or at handover and is held against fines, tolls, damage, or excess mileage.
• The deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned and checked, once any outstanding traffic fines, Salik charges, or damages have been settled. Fines can take time to appear, so a portion may be held until the relevant period has cleared.

05 Mileage & Usage

Each rental includes a daily, weekly, or monthly mileage allowance as stated in your agreement. Distance driven beyond this allowance is charged at the per-kilometre rate specified for that vehicle. Mileage limits and excess rates are explained to you before you confirm.

06 Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are provided with comprehensive insurance as standard, with optional upgraded coverage available. In the event of an accident or damage, the renter remains liable for the insurance excess amount stated in the rental agreement. Insurance does not apply, and the renter may be fully liable, where damage or loss results from:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Driving without a valid licence, or use by an unauthorised driver.
• Reckless driving, racing, off-road use, or breach of UAE traffic law.
• Any use of the vehicle prohibited under these terms or the rental agreement.

07 Salik, Traffic Fines & Penalties

The renter is responsible for all Salik (road toll) charges, traffic fines, parking penalties, and any related administrative fees incurred during the rental period. You authorise us to deduct these amounts from your security deposit or charge them to your payment method, and where required we may share your details with the relevant authorities.

08 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a set fuel level and should be returned at the same level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference plus a refuelling charge may be deducted from the deposit. Any mis-fuelling (using the wrong fuel type) is the renter's responsibility.

09 Delivery & Collection

We offer delivery and collection of vehicles to your hotel, home, office, or Dubai International Airport, subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic or circumstances beyond our control. The renter should inspect the vehicle at handover and note any existing condition before driving.

10 Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle must be used lawfully and responsibly. The renter agrees not to:

• Use the vehicle for racing, motorsport, towing, or off-road driving.
• Sub-let, sell, or transfer the vehicle, or allow unauthorised drivers to use it.
• Use the vehicle for any illegal purpose or to carry prohibited goods.
• Smoke inside the vehicle or return it in an excessively unclean condition (cleaning charges may apply).
• Take the vehicle outside the UAE (for example to Oman) without our prior written consent and the correct cross-border insurance.

11 Damage, Accidents & Breakdown

In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform us and the Dubai Police and obtain an official police report, which is required for any insurance claim. Do not admit liability or arrange private repairs. In case of a mechanical breakdown, contact us right away so we can arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle where appropriate. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or costs arising from misuse or negligence, and for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

12 Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Cancellation and amendment terms depend on how far in advance you notify us and are confirmed at the time of booking. Where a booking qualifies for a refund, it is processed to the original payment method. Some payments and deposits may be non-refundable where clearly stated at booking, and no-shows or early returns are generally non-refundable.

13 Extensions & Late Returns

If you wish to extend your rental, please contact us as early as possible so we can confirm availability and arrange payment for the additional period. Returning the vehicle later than the agreed time without approval may result in an extra day's charge or late-return fees.

14 Chauffeur & Additional Services

Chauffeur-driven rentals and additional services such as vehicles for weddings, photoshoots, corporate events, long-term rental, and gift vouchers are available at an additional cost and may be delivered through our trusted partners. Specific terms for these services are confirmed at the time of booking.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from a rental or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies.
